Suede Heel Grips by Shoe Doctor are self-adhesive padded inserts for the inside of your shoe. Heel grips offer padding to prevent heel blisters on heels and provide extra grip for loose fitting shoes.  One pair pack.

DIRECTIONS: Peel back self-adhesive covering and place sticky side down around inside heel of shoe.
