We want you to love your habbot shoes, which is why we offer a flexible 14-day return period for all full-priced items in their original, unworn condition. Whether you need a different size or a full refund, our streamlined process ensures your boutique experience continues long after your purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn shoes in their original habbot dust bags and shoe box, ensuring all protective packaging is included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping carton, covering any previous delivery labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your parcel to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days of arrival at our studio.
